I'm a guitar player, not a drummer, and I only bought them for fun, cause I'm a fan of RHCP and Chad.

Main use is ornamental. I sometimes actually use them on a practice pad and they have a nice feel in hand and good balance. Ich habe mir die Sticks gekauft, da Chad mein absoluter Favorit Dummer ist. Aber spielen kann ich damit nicht wirklich hahaha. Sind halt wie bei allen anderen Signatur Sticks für ihn persönlich konstruiert.
