Terms of service

This website (www.djlab-lb.com) is operated by Concepts & Standards S.A.R.L. ("DJ Lab", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of VAT. Lebanese VAT at 11% is calculated and added at checkout. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and dispatch a confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Payment. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. Title to goods passes on full payment and delivery.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the DJ Lab brand — is the property of Concepts & Standards S.A.R.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJ Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.
