Shipping policy

Where we ship. We deliver across Lebanon. International shipping is available to selected countries on request.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In-stock items typically ship the next business day; back-ordered items will show an estimated dispatch time and we'll keep you updated.

Delivery rates (Lebanon).

• Standard Delivery — $5. Delivered within Lebanon, typically 1–3 business days.
• Free Delivery on all orders of $50 or more.
• Same-Day Express — $10. Available for the Beirut and Jounieh area on orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or outside this area are delivered on the next business day.

International. A flat rate of $19 applies to available international destinations. Delivery times vary by destination; customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive confirmation with tracking details where available.

Receiving your order. Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, contact info@djlab-lb.com within 48 hours with photos.
