GHS GB-DGG Red David Gilmour Signature Series Guitar Strings (10.5-50)
Overview
This GB-DGG David Gilmour Signature set is the same set that he's been using on his Les Pauls for years. The string gauges range from . 0105–. 050 for a balance between the flexibility of 10s and the stiff projection of 11s . That's why David Gilmour relies on GHS Boomers. The Pink Floyd guitarist has been using Boomers ever since he used them in the studio while recording 1979's classic The Wall.

You really gotta try every brand and gauge on your guitars at least once. But these are great! Regular 10s just were not enough and 11s were a hand full - Now my R9 Les Paul sounds more like a real one.
