“There’s no denying that the DT 990 PRO does have a very Beyer-like character, but that’s no bad thing, especially if exceptional spaciousness and detailed tonal depth is what you’re after. “As this is a higher-impedance set of headphones at 250Ω, if you find that you can’t get a good volume with just your computer, you may need an amplifier. Most USB interfaces and low-end amps should be more than enough, however. The Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO doesn’t really block out noise due to its open-back design.”Read full review →
