Overview
The Yamaha FGDP-50 is a standalone finger drum pad that lets anyone play expressive drums with just their fingers, anywhere. It pairs an ergonomic pad layout designed specifically for finger drumming with a built-in sound engine, speaker and battery.
Eighteen ultra-sensitive pads arranged for natural finger drumming, plus eight assignable RGB pads, respond to velocity and aftertouch for ghost notes, accents, flams and rolls. It holds 48 preset kits drawn from professionally recorded acoustic drums and curated electronic sounds, with 1,500 voices to build custom kits, and adds a Playback Sampler, Session Creator auto-accompaniment, Note Repeat and a tap-tempo metronome.
