The Solar Guitars GC1.6T-RSO is a Type G single-cutaway six-string electric with a distinctive arch-top body and six-in-line pointy headstock, finished in orange metallic with black racing stripes. It is built for stage and studio from Ola Englund's metal-focused Solar brand.
A mahogany body and set-thru maple neck carry an ebony fingerboard with 24 super-jumbo stainless-steel frets and Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side dots, on a 25.5-inch scale. A TonePros locking Tune-o-Matic bridge with stop tailpiece adds sustain and tuning stability, while Duncan Solar humbuckers cover everything from organic cleans to heavy high-gain with clarity and sustain. Solar 18:1 locking tuners keep tuning solid.
