Orange Super Crush 100 – 100W Solid-State Guitar Amp Head with Dual Channels, CabSim, Reverb & FX Loop
The Orange Super Crush 100 is a 100-watt, two-channel solid-state guitar amp head that aims to capture the feel of Orange's flagship valve amps with all-analogue circuitry. It is, in Orange's words, the closest they have come to a valve sound from solid state.
A single-ended, two-channel JFET preamp gives independent Clean and Dirty channels, the Dirty channel with four cascading gain stages and a passive 3-band EQ, driven by the same 100-watt Class A/B power amp as the Pedal Baby 100. A CabSim-equipped balanced XLR output emulates a 2x12 cab with an open/closed Cab Back switch, an onboard digital reverb adds spring-style ambience, and a fully buffered FX loop handles pedals. Two speaker outputs support 8 and 16 ohm cabs.
