Overview
The Nord Wave 2 is a 61-key, four-part performance synthesizer that combines virtual analog, samples, FM and wavetable synthesis in one layer-focused instrument. It is Nord's most versatile performance synth, with four independent synthesizers in a single keyboard.
Each of the four layers offers Analog, Wavetable, FM and Sample oscillator modes, with up to four oscillators per part and a true Superwaves unison for huge sounds. A 61-note semi-weighted waterfall keybed with aftertouch, 48-voice polyphony, multi-mode filters with a transistor-ladder emulation, an advanced arpeggiator, Morph features and OLED displays make it deep yet hands-on. Samples come from the 1 GB Nord Sample Library 3.0 and are user-replaceable.
