Arturia MiniLab 3, Alpine White
The Arturia MiniLab 3 is a compact 25-key USB-C MIDI controller, here in a clean Alpine White finish, built as an all-in-one hub for producers working in tight spaces. It combines a playable mini-keybed with enough hands-on control to run a full session.
Twenty-five velocity-sensitive slim keys sit alongside eight RGB backlit pads, eight endless encoders and four faders, with capacitive touch strips for pitch and modulation and a small OLED display for clear feedback. It connects over USB-C and includes a MIDI output and a sustain pedal input, so it integrates with both software and outboard gear.

The pitch bend and mod wheel are the touch-sensitive slider type and these work incredibly well. “For a small controller, with a condensed interface, I’d say Arturia did a great job at covering all these features into it. At least with Ableton, everything works as expected and I’m happy with it. Upgrades from Minilab 2: Starting with the hardware itself, there’s a big step up in my point of view.
