The Arturia BeatStep Pro can be used for entire performances thanks to its two melodic sequencers and its drum sequencer combined with the ability to use the pad to trigger new sequences. A raft of effects have also been included to push the performance to the next level, including a looper with touch strip, randomizer, swing settings and more hand controls.
BeatStep Pro is designed to integrate into your setup very easily and features a raft of connectivity including USB, MIDI in/out, CV/Gate, Clock in/out, which means that it can accommodate any type of studio setup.

“As an owner of some other Arturia products the Beatstep Pro was easy for me to get going on. There"s still some new tricks to learn but it"s a very intuitive piece of kit. Feels sturdy. There"s no wiggle in the knobs. The buttons are responsive and feel nice to press. “You just don’t find control surfaces with as much functionality as the BSP for under $400, Arturia have found a way of producing a sophisticated and durable product that the masses can afford. What does it for me is the fact that it doesn’t matter whether you are using hardware or software, Midi or CV, the BSP will talk its language and know what to do with it.
