ADAM Audio A44H Nearfield Monitor
The ADAM Audio A44H is an active two-way nearfield monitor from ADAM's professional A Series, built in an unusual low-profile horizontal cabinet. Its 19-inch wide form factor sits neatly on a rack shelf or under a screen, and it doubles as a centre speaker in immersive and 3D monitoring setups.
Two 4-inch Multi-layer Mineral (MLM) woofers pair with ADAM's handmade German X-ART tweeter on a rotatable HPS waveguide, so the speaker can be oriented horizontally or vertically without losing dispersion. Hybrid amplification delivers 110 W to the woofers and 20 W to the tweeter, with a 2.4 kHz crossover and a wide 46 Hz to 45 kHz frequency response. Onboard DSP adds room adaptation, two voicings and A Control software with Sonarworks integration.
